SUMMARY OF POSITION

The masters-level therapist provides group, milieu, and individual therapy services on the inpatient psychiatric units with special consideration to theoretical approaches and evidence-based practice. The therapist utilizes their knowledge of evidence-based behavioral health treatments and modalities to contribute to the individualized plan of care and meet the biopsychosocial needs of patients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

(S): Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field PA Act 31 Child Abuse Training Certificate CPI required prior to orientation completion

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

(S): Experience in the behavioral health setting preferred.
