2988839721-2 Apply for this job now Job Description New Directions Mental Health seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient care to children, adolescents, and adults within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based therapy, conduct comprehensive assessments, and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. You will collaborate closely with an empathetic, team-oriented staff committed to improving client well-being. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting. Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR system. Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other team members to coordinate care. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment interventions, and provide crisis intervention as needed. Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development. Educate clients and families on coping skills, resources, and community supports.
