Job Description
The Clinical Therapist will be part of a team providing individual, couple, family and group therapy in a community based behavioral health outpatient clinic. The Outpatient Therapist is responsible for the following: The development of an individual psychosocial evaluation and treatment plan. To complete progress notes and other related documentation according to established timeframes Facilitate the development and implementation of an aftercare plan Participate in team meetings and supervision as scheduled Services are provided in-person and via telehealth Compensation is provided as variable rates for service delivery, training time, supervision, and paperwork A Clinical Therapist shall be a mature person with sound judgment and represent an appropriate role model to youth and families. He, she, they must be an individual who has never been convicted of any child abuse offenses. This Position Requires:
- Master's Degree in Social Work/Psychology or related field and 2 years of experience in behavioral health services is required
- Current LPC or LCSW license preferred
- Flexible schedule, including after school and evening hours
- Must possess the following current clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse; PA Criminal Background; FBI Clearance; and Child Protective Service Laws Certificate of completion
- Hourly fee for service rate: $35.
