The full-time role offers a salary of $44,186-$54,892, depending on experience and licensure, along with a comprehensive benefits package and a $7,500 commitment bonus. Provide family-centered mental health services to youth and families in a residential setting. Manage caseloads for individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Assess client needs, develop and implement treatment plans, and educate families about diagnoses and coping skills. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including support professionals and external providers. Requirements include a Master's Degree in a Human Service field, licensure eligibility preferred, and experience with therapeutic modalities such as CBT, Play Therapy, or ABA.
