About the position:

We are currently hiring a therapist to join our Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This role is ideal for therapists who are passionate about group-based care and interested in supporting adolescents navigating a range of mental health challenges. The therapist will provide a supportive, structured environment focused on helping adolescents build coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and work toward their treatment goals.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily PHP groups for adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Incorporate evidence-supported and experiential interventions within structured group sessions to promote emotional regulation, coping skills, and personal growth. Utilize developmentally appropriate, evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support adolescents in achieving their treatment goals. Conduct individual and family therapy sessions as needed, while collaborating with caregivers and the treatment team. Conduct initial consultation assessments, determine appropriate levels of care, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transitions in treatment. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage authorizations in a timely manner. Engage in bi-weekly clinical supervision and case consultation with peers to support professional growth and maintain program consistency.

Who You Are:

Experience facilitating group therapy and working with adolescents ages 14-18 Experience conducting clinical assessments, consultations, and diagnostic evaluations. Experience developing treatment plans and completing clinical documentation, including intake, progress, and discharge summaries. Working knowledge of treatment planning, clinical documentation, charting, and progress notes. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with adolescents, families, clinical teams, and community referral partners.

Required education and experience:

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field Licensed or working toward licensure in a mental health field (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent). Experience working with adolescents, preferably within the 14-18 age range. Compensation +
