Join us in helping people rediscover the strength already within them. ‍ About the Position We're seeking a licensed therapist to join our team in a dynamic role as a Youth IOP Therapist. In this position, you'll play a key role in delivering structured, skills-based group programming, supporting the growth of our clinical team, and if desired building a small outpatient caseload. This role offers flexibility in structure, with compensation aligned to whether you take on outpatient sessions in addition to IOP, consultation, and supervision responsibilities. ‍We are offering this position in both our Exton and KOP offices- please specify in the screening question which location you are interested in. What You'll Do Facilitate four group therapy sessions per week (
Exton:
Monday-Thursday, 3:30-5:45 p.m.) or (
KOP:
Monday-Thursday, 4:00-6:15 p.m.) for youth ages 9-13 in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment plans, and authorizations Collaborate with colleagues, families, and community providers to support client care ‍ Additional Responsibilities Provide availability to complete approximately 3 IOP-related consultations/intakes per week. Provide coverage to IOP's or PHP's in your travel radius as needed ‍ Outpatient Responsibilities- If licensed (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) Maintain a small outpatient caseload (approximately 5 sessions per week). What You Bring Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field Experience working with youth ages 9-13 Strong engagement and relationship-building skills with children and adolescents Experience utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches (CBT, ACT, play therapy, etc.) Strong documentation and treatment planning skills ‍ Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $43,000 to $65,000 + bonus opportunities (Variable compensation based on services provided) Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO 401(k) FSA $500 CE stipend Ongoing clinical, personal, and professional support Company laptop Financial wellness support (Fin Fit)
