Through our evidence-based programming, we help adults overcome mental health and substance use challenges while supporting long-term recovery and overall wellness. Our multidisciplinary teams provide compassionate, individualized care in a collaborative treatment environment. Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Adult Co-Occurring PHP Therapist to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Paoli, PA. This role provides individual, group, and family therapy to adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals build recovery skills, improve emotional wellness, and achieve lasting stability. Schedule Full-Time Monday
  • Friday 8:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM Salary $53,000
  • $56,000 annually , based on experience and credentials.
Key Responsibilities Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups for adults in a co-occurring PHP setting. Provide individual and family therapy as clinically appropriate. Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and relapse prevention strategies. Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning. Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when needed. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. Coordinate care with referral sources, outpatient providers, and community supports to promote continuity of care.
Qualifications Education:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required.
Licensure:
Pennsylvania LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent preferred. License-eligible clinicians working toward independent licensure are encouraged to apply.
Experience:
Experience providing therapy in a behavioral health setting preferred. Experience treating adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is highly desirable. Strong group facilitation, assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches for mental health and substance use disorders.
