About the Position We are currently hiring multiple EMDR Trained Therapist to join our Trauma-Focused Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). These roles are ideal for therapists who are passionate about group-based care and interested in supporting adult women navigating complex trauma, PTSD, dissociation, and other mental health challenges. Please specifiy in the screening question which position(s) you are interested in: Trauma IOP (Drexel Hill)- you'll facilitate trauma-focused group therapy sessions for adults (18+) three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.). You'll also provide individual trauma-informed and EMDR therapy sessions one day per week for each group member, with sessions typically occurring on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Evening Trauma IOP (Exton, PA)- you'll facilitate trauma-focused group therapy sessions for adults (18+) three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.). You'll also provide individual trauma-informed and EMDR therapy sessions one day per week for each group member, with sessions typically occurring on Tuesdays and Fridays. Consultation Responsibilities Maintain availability to complete three IOP-related consultations per week Participate in additional consultation services as appropriate Additional Clinical Responsibilities Licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) will maintain a small outpatient caseload of approximately ten sessions per week. Clinicians working towards licensure will provide availability to cover other IOP/PHP groups. What You Will Bring Completion of a Basic EMDR Training Program (EMDRIA-approved preferred) Experience facilitating groups and integrating evidence-based treatment approaches into care. Working knowledge of treatment planning, progress notes, clinical documentation, and related recordkeeping requirements. Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related mental health field.
