Trauma Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) - $70,000+ | Up to $8,000
Sign-On Bonus Location:

We're currently hiring Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our growing team in Meadville, PA.
What You'll Do:
Provide trauma-focused therapy to clients of all ages (children, adolescents, and adults) This position is split between 3 days in our Meadville office and 2 days in schools within Crawford County Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with other professionals when needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Enjoy no on-call or weekend work
Pay & Benefits:
$70,000+ annual salary potential , our therapists are paid a base salary with additional earnings determined by experience and hours billed ( no cap on earnings ) Up to $8,000 sign-on/retention bonus for fully licensed professionals Minimum 4 weeks of paid time off (PTO) Immediate access to lower cost health benefits (medical, dental, vision) through a Health Reimbursement Agreement (HRA) 401(k) with company match Paid liability/malpractice insurance, certifications, training, and professional development
Requirements:
Must be fully licensed in Pennsylvania as one of the following: LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist) Passion for trauma-informed, client-centered care Strong documentation and time management skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture Why Parkside?
