Description Summary of Duties:
The Family Foundations Program has a full-time Master's level position available for a therapeutic team leader to provide eco-systemic structural family therapy and support services to families identified for intensive in-home family therapy. This position needs a flexible, motivated self-starter who will enjoy the benefits of excellent on-going clinical training, flexible hours, and supportive co-workers. Includes rotation of 24-hour on call among staff, plus regular evening hours. This position is based at the Agency's Carone Center located at 29 Pearl Avenue in Oil City, PA. This position reports directly to the Family Foundations Program Director of Family Service & Children's Aid Society with formal supervision available on a regular basis and informal supervision available ongoing. This position also reports indirectly to the Chief Executive Director of Family Service & Children's Aid Society.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Abilities:
Master's degree in social work, psychiatry, psychology, nursing, education, or any graduate degree in a human service field Minimum of 2 years direct care experience with children or adolescents. Computer, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Acts 34-73-151 clearances; valid PA driver's license; and reliable transportation. •100% paid benefits (for employee) - Medical, Dental, Vision Additional Details
