Job Description

ABAparaTi is seeking an experienced Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to provide Behavior Consultation-ABA services to children and families in Philadelphia. This is not an entry-level clinical position. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience independently conducting FBAs, developing ABA treatment plans, analyzing behavioral data, supervising BHT-ABA staff, providing caregiver training, and managing an assigned caseload. We are looking for a clinician who is confident making clinical decisions and can manage cases with appropriate independence while collaborating with our clinical team. Responsibilities Independently conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and update individualized ABA treatment plans Develop measurable behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition goals Analyze client data and make data-based treatment decisions Provide ongoing supervision and clinical direction to BHT-ABA staff Conduct caregiver/parent training Monitor treatment integrity and client progress Modify interventions based on client response and data Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time Collaborate with families, schools, and other treatment providers Participate in treatment-team and clinical meetings as needed Maintain compliance with agency, payer, and Pennsylvania IBHS requirements Required Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) PA Child Abuse History Clearance PA State Police Criminal Background Check FBI Fingerprint Background Check Mandated Reporter Training Certificate Previous experience independently conducting FBAs Previous experience writing and updating ABA treatment plans Experience supervising
BHT-ABA/RBT
staff Experience providing caregiver/parent training Ability to interpret behavioral data and make independent clinical recommendations Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills Reliable transportation within the Philadelphia area Pennsylvania IBHS experience strongly preferred. Do you have reliable transportation and are you able to travel to client homes, schools, and community settings throughout Philadelphia?
