Fast-Growing Company , is seeking a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our family-centered, play-based ABA team serving children across Philadelphia. In this in-field role , you will lead behavioral assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, and supervise BHT/RBT staff while partnering closely with families, schools, and community providers.
