• QUALIFICATIONS
• + Bachelor's Degree in Human Services related field with 3 years of applicable experience OR Master Degree in Human Services and 1 year of applicable experience. + Valid Drivers License + Ability to drive an organization vehicle + Act 33/34/73 Clearances + Pre-employment drug screening
• WORK SCHEDULE This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position.
• + Flexible; Part-time + Must Work a minimum of 5 Work Shifts per Month
• ABOUT THE ROLE
• + Responsible for helping persons served with severe persistent mental illness maintain safety and stability throughout their stay in each facility.

+ Will provide direct and indirect services for mentally ill and dual-diagnosed adults including milieu therapy, psycho-educational groups, crisis intervention, clinical assessment, case management, safety checks, and unit monitoring.

+ Will be an active part of the treatment team and will maintain clinical records including the development of the recovery/transition plan and daily documentation
