We are actively seeking skilled clinicians to join our growing team in providing high quality services to our clients and community. Both W2 and 1099 positions are available. Compass Counseling and Wellness offers it's team an established referral base, billing and initial scheduling services, access to a comfortable and renovated secure office space, credentialing assistance, peer consultation, licensure supervision, email and web based practice management software, flexibility to meet your lifestyle and competitive compensation. Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k benefits are offered to full time W2 employees.
Ideal Candidates:
Must have earned minimally a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Counselor Education or related field. (LPC, LCSW, LMFT preferred) Have at least 2 years of direct care experience with individual, couples, family or child/adolescent therapy. LAPC and LSW candidates with experience in couples, family and child/adolescent therapy will be strongly considered. Compassionate Motivated Works well independently Specific training in specialty population (couples, trauma, children, families, etc.) or interest in obtaining speciality training. Competent in treatment planning and clinical note writing Shows professional boundaries Proficient in evidenced based practices Eager to be part of a growing practice. Must be able to work at least 2 evenings per week.
