Job Description

Outpatient Therapist (Licensed or License-Eligible) CEPD Psychological Services is seeking a licensed or license-eligible outpatient therapist to join our growing private practice. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated clinician who enjoys providing quality mental health care in a collaborative and supportive environment. While we serve clients across the lifespan, preference will be given to clinicians who are interested in working with children and adolescents. Evening and/or weekend availability is preferred to help meet the needs of our growing client base. Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals across the lifespan based on your experience and areas of interest Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other clinical documentation in a timely manner Develop individualized treatment goals using evidence-based practices Collaborate with families, providers, schools, and other professionals when appropriate Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
Qualifications Required:
Licensed or license-eligible in Pennsylvania (LPC, LAPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, psychologist, or license-eligible psychologist) Master's or doctoral degree in a behavioral health field Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred:
Experience or interest in working with children and adolescents Experience providing evidence-based therapy, including CBT, DBT, behavioral interventions, play therapy, or other therapeutic approaches Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Schedule Part-time Flexible scheduling Evening and/or weekend availability preferred What We Offer Flexible scheduling Administrative support Steady referral stream Collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development If you're looking to join a supportive private practice where you can build your caseload and make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you. $35.64 - $42.92 per hour
