Job description: About Optimum Healing Pathways Optimum Healing Pathways is a trauma-focused mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, families, and communities. We specialize in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions, while creating an environment that emphasizes healing, inclusivity, and professional growth. Position Summary Optimum Healing Pathways is seeking an Associate-Level Therapist (LMSW, APC, MSW or equivalent) or Fully Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) who is passionate about helping clients heal and thrive. This position is ideal for a clinician who wants to gain experience in a supportive, team-based environment, build a caseload, and receive supervision while working with a diverse population of clients. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions under supervision in accordance with licensing board requirements. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments. Participate in weekly clinical supervision and staff meetings. Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and community partners to ensure continuity of care. Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice, confidentiality, and documentation. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field. Georgia associate licensure (LMSW, APC, LPC, LCSW or equivalent) preferred but not required. Strong interest in trauma-informed care and working with diverse populations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain professional boundaries and practice self-care. Preferred Experience (Not Required) Experience with CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, EMDR, or other evidence-based modalities.
