Therapists to join our dynamic mental health team. In this role, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges, fostering resilience and growth. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards and HIPAA regulations. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based, solution focused practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral therapy. Engage in crisis intervention and crisis management to support clients experiencing acute emotional distress or behavioral emergencies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients with co-occurring disorders, developmental disabilities, or autism spectrum disorder. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic health records (EHR/EMR), including progress notes, treatment plans, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), and medical records. Participate in case management activities, including patient assessment, intake procedures, and follow-up care planning. Stay current with research developments and integrate evidence-based practices into clinical work to enhance patient outcomes. Requirements Master's degree or higher in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related mental health field. Valid licensure or certification as an Associate Therapist or equivalent in the relevant state or jurisdiction. Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with mental health struggles; experience with pediatrics is highly desirable. Knowledge of psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, behavior management techniques, and addiction counseling. Experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders and familiarity with ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10). Excellent communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams. Ability to handle crisis situations effectively through crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols. Knowledge of telehealth platforms for delivering remote therapy sessions; experience in telehealth therapy is preferred. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality according to HIPAA standards and adhering to clinical ethical guidelines. Proficiency in medical terminology, clinical documentation standards, and use of EMR/EHR systems for patient care documentation.
