! Thank you for considering joining our small, clinician owned group practice. Our practice is client-centered and focused on supporting our clinicians' professional development. We have offices in Camarillo & Ventura for in-person appointments and provide Telehealth services throughout California. We are hiring two Associate Therapists to become part of our private practice team. We are looking for one Associate to work out of our Camarillo office and one Associate to work out of our Ventura office. Associate Therapists will gain supervised experience providing psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families. We are looking for Associates who still needs at least 1,000 hours. Recent graduates whose Registration Application is pending are welcome to apply!Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct initial phone consultations with prospective clients. Manage caseload and scheduling. Provide evidenced-based psychotherapy services for individuals (children, adults & elders), couples and families. Attend and participate in all scheduled supervision meetings.For each client:
- complete a biopsychosocial assessment and make a diagnosis when indicated
- collaboratively create a treatment plan with SMART goals, and evidenced based interventions
- complete standard progress notes within 24-hours of appointments
- regularly review treatment plan and revise as needed
- provide appropriate referrals
- collaborate with other health care professionals and collateral sources
- complete discharge summary
Requirements:
Maintain an active registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Schedule a minimum of 20 client sessions per week. Have a private space and the technology to provide Telehealth sessions. Willingness to see clients at the office two days a week. Desire to work with kids, teens, adults, couples, and families. Ability to work independently and effective communication needs. Provided by thePractice:
