Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available Ellie Mental Health - St. Charles is growing, and we are looking for compassionate, motivated Licensed and Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our outpatient team. We welcome LCSWs, LCPCs, LMFTs, LPCs, and LSWs , and we strongly encourage Spanish-speaking/bilingual clinicians to apply as we continue expanding access to mental health services throughout St. Charles and the surrounding communities. Our clinic is designed to reduce administrative burden, encourage clinical autonomy, and provide therapists with the resources, flexibility, and team support they need to focus on what matters most—providing excellent client care. We are seeking:
Fully Licensed Therapists:
LCSW, LCPC, LMFT
Provisionally Licensed Therapists:
LPC, LSW, and other eligible Illinois associate/provisional licenses Spanish-speaking/bilingual (Spanish-English) therapists are especially encouraged to apply Clinicians with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families are encouraged to apply. Competitive compensation with base pay + commission structure Paid administrative time Flexible scheduling Support and clinical supervision for provisionally licensed therapists Strong administrative and billing support Opportunity to develop clinical specialties, groups, and programs Collaborative and supportive team environment Professional development and advancement opportunities Reduced administrative burden so you can focus on clinical work Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and establish appropriate diagnoses Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based outpatient psychotherapy Complete progress notes, treatment plan reviews, and other required clinical documentation Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with clinic and payer requirements Full-time clinicians maintain 25 completed client sessions per week Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and other members of the client's care team when appropriate Participate in team meetings, clinical consultation, training, and supervision Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and client-centered care Required Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field Active or eligible Illinois clinical/provisional license, including LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LPC, or LSW Knowledge of treatment planning and clinical documentation Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain appropriate professional and ethical boundaries Ability to complete clinical documentation within required timeframes Comfortable working with diverse and multicultural populations Ability to use an electronic health record (EHR) system Preferred Qualifications Spanish-speaking/bilingual (Spanish-English) Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and/or substance use Experience with trauma-informed and evidence-based treatment approaches Outpatient or community mental health experience Experience working with insurance-based services or willingness to become credentialed Full-Time Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401K +matching Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays, including your birthday Paid CEU time Free access to Ellie's CEU platform Clinical supervision and professional development Opportunities for advancement and leadership Team-building events and Ellie swag Be Part of Something Different Ellie Mental Health was founded by clinicians who wanted to do mental health care differently.
