Responsibilities:
Provide therapy to an ethnically and culturally diverse population of children, adolescents, and adultsDevelop, implement, and review treatment plansWrite progress notes for all sessions conductedEvaluate and assess clientsMaintain and update clinical recordsProvide case management and/or crisis interventionAttend clinical supervision and staff meetingsPerform other duties as assigned by SupervisorQualificationsMaster's Degree from an accredited school in Social Work, or Mental Health Counseling is a mustLMSW, LCSW, MHC, MHC-LP or LMHC's are welcome to applyBilingual English/Spanish is a mustOutstanding engagement, interpersonal communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines, including clinical and clerical staffAbility to manage time effectively to ensure documentation complianceExceptional writing skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong entrepreneurial work ethicDedication to workplace mentorship, education, and team-based careMaintains a positive attitude and is friendly, upbeat, and has a great "can do" personalityAble to work well in a fast-paced environmentAdheres to professional ethicsPassionate about NYPCC's mission and valuesAdditional InformationSalary:
$72,800 - $100,000 per year Compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.Benefits
