Must have experience working with lower-needs individuals, taking a strength-focused, collaborative, neuroaffirming approach. We are not an ABA shop and do not practice ABA. We are looking for an out-of-box thinker and team player, who will collaborate with co-workers and are committed to helping neurodivergent folx live their lives on their own terms.
Responsibilities:
Work in-office in Santa Clara at least two days a week providing 1:1 therapy to teens and adults Lead therapeutic classes at least once a week in the early evening Handle group intakes, note-taking, and internal communication on attendance and billing Nice to

Identify as neurodivergent, a person of color, or LGBTQIA+ Experience with educational and employment environments regarding
IDEA/ADA
