Work Schedule:
5 x 8-hour shifts 4 x 10-hour shifts Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist specializing in Child and Adolescent Care to join our team of highly skilled mental health providers and clinicians. The ideal candidate will have experience providing psychological assessments, diagnosis, therapy, and case management services for children, adolescents, and families. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality mental health care to diverse patient populations with a wide range of behavioral and mental health conditions. Our clinicians are responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, evaluating clinical histories, and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Responsibilities Build positive, therapeutic, and trusting relationships with patients and families. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluate patients' medical, psychological, and social histories. Diagnose and treat mental health conditions within the scope of licensure and clinical expertise. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals. Support patients in achieving treatment goals through evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Provide ongoing therapy and engagement as outlined in the patient's care plan. Monitor treatment progress and adjust care plans as clinically appropriate. Provide case management and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes. Foster a collaborative, outcomes-focused care environment for both patients and colleagues. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and professional standards. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field. Independent Connecticut licensure required, including one of the following: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD. Equivalent independent clinical license Experience working with child and adolescent populations preferred. EMDR training and/or experience preferred. Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills. Ability to work effectively in both in-person and telehealth settings.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
