Arbor Counseling is seeking a therapist who is passionate about working with children and adolescents and wants to grow within a supportive, clinically strong environment. We are a trauma-informed group practice that values depth of work, authenticity, and helping clinicians build meaningful, sustainable careers. Position Overview This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working with children, teens, and families and wants to build (or continue growing) a consistent caseload of 20+ sessions per week . You'll work with a range of concerns including anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, trauma, and neurodivergent profiles, with an emphasis on individualized, strengths-based care. Who We're Looking For We are specifically looking for a therapist who: Has a genuine interest in working with children and adolescents Is knowledgeable in or actively developing skills in play therapy, child-centered therapy, TF-CBT, sandtray therapy, or expressive modalities Has interest or experience in trauma-informed care and/or neurodivergent-affirming approaches Understands (or is eager to learn) how to work with parent-child dynamics and caregiver involvement Values relationship-based, developmentally attuned therapy over rigid, one-size-fits-all approaches Is open to feedback, consultation, and continued clinical growth Qualifications CSW or LCSW licensed in Utah Experience or strong interest in working with children and families Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently while also engaging in a team environment

Compensation CSW:

$50 per session |

LCSW:

$60 per session Minimum of 20 sessions per week Estimated weekly earnings: $1,000-$1,500+ Additional earning potential with increased caseload and retention Supervision & Clinical Growth We offer more than just supervision—we provide intentional clinical mentorship to help you become a confident, effective therapist.
