About the job Clinical Director - Mental Health Therapy | Lead & Grow Teams Across Multiple U.S. Cities Lead clinical operations, supervise licensed clinicians, and make a measurable impact in behavioral health care. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director - Washington, New Mexico, South Carolina, Los Angeles, Denver, Michigan & more. This role is ideal for a licensed clinician who enjoys a balance of direct client care and clinical leadership. 70% Clinical | 30% Administrative Provide direct therapy services while maintaining clinical excellence Recruit, onboard, and supervise up to 10 associate/pre-licensed clinicians Provide clinical supervision in accordance with state licensure requirements Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards Collaborate with leadership to support program growth and quality of care Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted clinical license (state-specific): LPC, LISW, LMHC, etc. Must be eligible to supervise associates in the state where services are provided Must be Board Approved Supervisor by the state. Prior experience supervising or mentoring clinicians preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Comfortable working in an in-person or hybrid environment
