Our practice supports children, adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate mental health concerns, personal challenges, and significant life changes. Our clinicians bring a variety of therapeutic perspectives to their work and tailor treatment to each client's goals, preferences, and circumstances. Common areas of treatment include anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related concerns, and other mental health needs. Our practice incorporates evidence-based and integrative approaches, including CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy , and other clinically appropriate modalities. About the Opportunity We are currently looking for independently licensed Illinois therapists who want to build or maintain a flexible private-practice caseload within a supportive clinical environment. We are especially interested in clinicians who have specialized training or experience in areas such as: Child and adolescent mental health Anxiety disorders and OCD Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) EMDR and trauma-focused treatment Family therapy Play therapy Art therapy Psychodynamic therapy Group therapy We also encourage therapists with other specialties to apply. We value a diverse range of clinical expertise and make an effort to connect clinicians with clients who are appropriate for their training, experience, interests, and scope of practice. What We're Looking For Applicants should: Maintain an active, independent Illinois clinical license , such as LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT Be able to provide at least 15 clinical hours per week Have professional experience and/or specialized training in at least one clinical area Provide ethical, compassionate, evidence-based treatment Be comfortable working with clients through both telehealth and in-person sessions Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and a commitment to individualized care What You Can Expect at Reflections Counseling Our 1099 clinicians receive: $60-$80 per clinical hour Flexible scheduling and control over your availability A hybrid work model combining telehealth and in-person sessions Professional office space located in Bloomingdale, IL Administrative and billing support Referrals that are thoughtfully matched to your areas of expertise The ability to establish and maintain a caseload within your clinical scope No expectation to accept clients whose presenting concerns are outside your training or expertise Monthly team meetings and opportunities for case consultation A collaborative environment with experienced clinicians Opportunities to develop your clinical interests and grow within a private-practice setting Our Approach to Supporting Clinicians We know that flexibility and autonomy are important to therapists working in private practice. Our goal is to provide clinicians with the independence of a 1099 position while reducing some of the administrative demands that come with managing a private caseload. We want our therapists to have the freedom to practice within their areas of expertise, establish a schedule that works for them, and spend their time focused on providing meaningful care to clients.
