Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying their mental health needs and developing appropriate intervention strategies. Provide individual and group therapy sessions, deploying various evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to foster patient growth and recovery. Facilitate documentation of assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and timely completion of all necessary documentation. Engage in regular communication with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care, attend patient rounds, and contribute to interdisciplinary care plans. Develop and implement individualized service plans in collaboration with patients and families, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.
