Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop tailor-made treatment strategies. Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities to promote self-discovery and healing in clients. Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and routinely track their progress toward achieving those objectives. Conduct teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who may have mobility limitations or prefer virtual interactions. Maintain accurate and ethical documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with state regulations. Engage in continuous professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with the latest therapy modalities and ethical standards. Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse patient population experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. The clients you assist will vary from individuals seeking personal growth to families navigating complex dynamics. Your contributions will help clients explore their emotions, overcome challenges, and foster healthier relationships. Qualifications Possession of an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. Excellent communication skills, with a focus on establishing safe and trusting relationships with clients. Demonstrated empathy, sincerity, and a nonjudgmental approach in addressing clients' experiences and issues. Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a caseload while balancing therapeutic and administrative tasks. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
