We are a culturally responsive, trauma-informed private practice in Champaign, Illinois, committed to making quality mental health care accessible to the diverse communities we serve. We're looking for a therapist who values collaboration, connection, cultural humility, and meeting clients where they are. What You'll Do Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy based on your areas of competency and interest Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required clinical documentation Maintain consistent communication regarding scheduling and client needs Participate in team meetings and group supervision Collaborate with our clinical and administrative team to support continuity of care Maintain professional, ethical, and timely documentation standards Help create a welcoming and affirming environment for clients from a variety of backgrounds Who We're Looking For Candidates should hold or be working toward an Illinois clinical license/credential appropriate for providing behavioral health services, such as LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent . We welcome both experienced clinicians and newer therapists who are looking for a supportive environment in which to grow. Bilingual or multilingual therapists are preferred and strongly encouraged to apply, but bilingual proficiency is not required. We are especially interested in clinicians who value culturally responsive care and have experience or interest in working with diverse populations.
