Key Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments and establish therapeutic relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and goals. Deliver effective therapy sessions in both English and Spanish, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, regularly evaluating client progress and adapting strategies as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR) while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Qualifications Master's Degree from an accredited program in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field. Active and unrestricted LMFT license to practice in Colorado. Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills for delivering bilingual psychotherapy. Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting with direct exposure to diverse client populations. Respect and sensitivity towards the unique cultural and individual needs of clients and their families. Competence in using technology such as EHR software and Microsoft Office. Preferred Experience Experience with specific therapeutic modalities, including CBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, or other evidence-based practices.
