Qualifications\n\n A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.\n Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist within the state of Virginia.\n A profound understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment practices, and cultural competence in therapeutic approaches.\n Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy with a focus on culturally responsive and inclusive strategies.\n Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to effectively maintain composure in challenging situations.\n Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.\n Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and general computer usage for documentation and patient management.\n Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and maintaining professional boundaries in all interactions.\nPreferred Experience\n\n A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy, particularly with diverse populations.\n Previous involvement in multidisciplinary teams is highly desirable, showcasing the ability to collaborate effectively.\n Engagement in ongoing professional development, including additional certifications or training in culturally competency frameworks.\nCompensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary ranging from
