Job Description
Position Overview:
We are hiring pre-licensed or fully licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our practice as independent contractors. Ideal candidates would have experience, and/or training in couples therapy, whether that is from a Marriage and Family Therapy training or couples therapy training such as Gottman, EFT, or PACT. Candidates with IFS training or an IFS informed lens are also encouraged to apply. This is a contractor position that also includes a consultation group and mentorship in building your own private practice.Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy sessions to clients provided to you by practice
- Conduct intakes, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation.
- Maintain a consistent schedule of clients (in person or Telehealth)
- Participation in biweekly consultation group
- Uphold ethical and legal standards of practice consistent with Colorado licensure requirements.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Colorado license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT), or active candidacy toward licensure (LPCC, SWC, MFTC), with appropriate supervision in place
- Must possess own liability insurance
- Traning or strong interest in couples therapy (LMFT/MFT, Gottman/EFT/PACT)
- Training or strong interest in IFS and other depth modalities
- Comfort working with rational, attachment, and trauma-informed frameworks
- Strong interpersonal and clinical writing skills
- Reliable, professional, and self directed as an independent contractor
