Job Overview Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) / Therapist Northeast Louisiana Center for Eating Disorders and Hill Psychological Services Monroe, LA Full-Time or Part-Time Option Hybrid Join Our Team Northeast Louisiana Center for Eating Disorders in partnership with Hilll Psychological Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), LCSW, LMFT, or other licensed mental health therapist to join our growing outpatient practice. This unique position offers the opportunity to provide therapy for both general mental health concerns and individuals struggling with eating disorders alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team. We are expanding to an IOP in the future but for now are providing enhanced outpatient eating disorder recovery services (therapy, groups, meal support, and nutrition therapy). Our practice is led by our clinical director Dr. Candi Hill, PhD , Licensed Psychologist, and Crystal Fox, MS, RD, LDN, IEDS , Certified Eating Disorder Dietitian. Together, we are building Northeast Louisiana's first specialized eating disorder treatment center while continuing to provide exceptional outpatient mental health services. Whether you already have experience treating eating disorders or are eager to develop this specialty, we encourage you to apply. What You'll Do Provide individual psychotherapy to adults. Treat a variety of mental health concerns including: Anxiety Depression Trauma OCD Mood disorders Relationship concerns Eating disorders and disordered eating Collaborate with psychologists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care. Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning. Maintain timely clinical documentation. Build and maintain a professional caseload. Eating Disorder Training Provided Previous eating disorder experience is preferred but not required . If you have a passion for helping individuals recover from eating disorders, we will provide: Comprehensive eating disorder education with a certification as an Inclusive Eating Disorder Specialist (IEDS) Individual mentorship Ongoing clinical consultation and supervision Multidisciplinary team collaboration Opportunities to develop specialized expertise in eating disorder treatment, the first of its kind in Northeast Louisiana This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist looking to expand into a highly rewarding specialty area and be a part of a start up treatment center. Compensation & Benefits $55/hour — Part-Time W-2 Position Quarterly IOP Profit-Sharing Bonus — Earn additional compensation based on the financial success and growth of the IOP program $1,500 Eating Disorder Specialty Training Provided — Includes 40 hours of specialized eating disorder education/continuing education Flexible schedule Leadership and program-development opportunities Opportunity for increased hours and expanded clinical leadership as the program grows Collaborative, multidisciplinary eating disorder treatment environment
