We are seeking full-time Maryland Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors (LGPCs) and Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) interested in gaining post-graduate clinical experience. Paid supervision is included. We value clinicians who enjoy collaboration, bring a sense of humor to their work, and are committed to serving clients from diverse backgrounds. Responsibilities Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week. Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans. Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates. Provide high-quality, client-centered care. Coordinate services with other providers as needed. Attend clinical meetings, trainings, and case consultation groups. Additional Opportunities Participate in community outreach, networking events, and presentations. Contribute content for social media and educational initiatives. Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field. Active Maryland LGPC or LMSW license, or license-eligible and able to practice under board-approved supervision. Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
