Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health histories and challenges, enabling the development of effective, personalized treatment plans. Utilize various therapeutic modalities in individual sessions, focusing on promoting personal growth, emotional resilience, and relationship improvement. Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and regularly evaluate their progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Offer teletherapy options to accommodate clients who face mobility challenges or prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility to quality care. Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards. Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about emerging trends in mental health. Patient Population / Client Focus Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals and families dealing with various mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts. As a therapist within our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a varied demographic, ultimately shaping your therapeutic practice to meet the unique needs of each client. Your empathetic and nonjudgmental approach will create a safe space for clients to openly explore their thoughts and feelings, fostering healing and recovery. Qualifications Mastificate first, ensure that you hold an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required. Demonstrable aptitude for building trusting therapeutic relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A deep commitment to providing empathetic, respectful, and culturally competent care tailored to each client's lived experience. Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a caseload and fulfill administrative requirements efficiently. Preferred Experience Experience in addressing complex family dynamics and relationship issues. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital counseling tools to effectively conduct virtual sessions. Background in providing trauma-informed care and working with clients experiencing substance use disorders or co-morbid conditions. Evidence of pursuing additional training in specialized areas, such as addiction therapy or family therapy, is a plus. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary range of
USD 70,000
