Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health concerns, collaboratively formulating treatment plans that align with their needs. Design and implement personalized therapy programs utilizing evidence-based modalities in both individual and group settings. Facilitate therapy sessions that foster a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, helping them navigate their challenges effectively. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure an integrative and holistic approach to client care. Engage with clients' families, providing educational resources and counseling to aid their understanding and support of the healing process. Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with regulatory and ethical guidelines, ensuring continuity of care and effective documentation practices. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will focus on a diverse clientele comprising individuals and families dealing with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and family dynamics. By applying your expertise, you will help clients develop coping strategies, improve communication, and strengthen relationships, ultimately guiding them toward healthier interactions and emotional resilience. Qualifications A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to forge trusting therapeutic relationships with clients. A compassionate demeanor, characterized by empathy and a nonjudgmental approach toward clients' experiences. Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload and administrative duties. Compensation and Benefits A competitive salary range of
USD 80,000
