Job Description
Job Summary Love Meets Therapy is a relational, trauma-informed group practice rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection, authenticity, and compassionate care. We are seeking a fully licensed clinician to join our collaborative and human-centered practice community serving clients across Washington State. This role is ideal for a clinician who values depth-oriented therapy, relational work, autonomy, flexibility, and community support within a modern hybrid private practice environment. We are especially interested in clinicians who are seeking a more connected and sustainable alternative to high-burnout agency or community mental health environments. We want to support clinicians in growing professionally within a practice that values collaboration, leadership development, and long-term sustainability. Opportunities for future team lead or supervisory roles may be available for clinicians interested in leadership growth.
