Rooted connection to Ferndale and the wider Michigan community we serve. About the Job We're looking for a fully licensed clinician to join our team, either part-time or full-time.

This is a hybrid position:

some in-person availability at our Ferndale office is expected, alongside virtual sessions with clients across Michigan. We're especially interested in clinicians who bring one of the following into their clinical work: A yoga teaching or somatic therapy background, with an interest in integrating body-based practices into clinical care Specialized training (Gottman and/or EFT) in couples counseling If you're drawn to this kind of integrative, whole-person work, and you're looking for a small, community-oriented practice, we'd love to talk with you. What You'll Do Carry a caseload of individual and/or couples clients, seeing them both in-office and virtually Bring your own clinical style and specialty into a practice that values integrative, body-inclusive approaches to care Participate in a small-team culture where consultation, support, and connection with colleagues are part of the job, not an afterthought What We're Looking For A current, active clinical license in Michigan (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, or equivalent) Experience or specialized training as a yoga teacher, somatic therapist, or couples counselor Comfort working with both in-person and virtual clients Availability for 10-12 client hours/week (part-time) or 18+ client hours/week (full-time) A grounded, collaborative approach to clinical work and to being part of a team

Compensation:

based on working 48 weeks/year

Part-Time:

$35,200-$42,240/yr Seeing 10-12 client hours/week

Full-Time:
