Durham, NC Job Details Contract $25 - $30 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Spanish Teamwork English Driver's License Bachelor's degree Bachelor's degree in human services Full Job Description Youth Extensions is currently hiring a Qualified Professional for our Intensive In-Home program serving consumers aged 5-18. This is a contracted position - flexible hours (can include late afternoon/early evening)

Compensation:

$25-$30 per billable hour

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a human service field AND 2 years full-time post-bachelors experience in mental health or human services
Driver's license and reliable personal transportation

Responsibilities:

Implement and support home-based behavioral plans in collaboration with youth and caregivers fluently in both English and Spanish
Review and update the Person-Centered Plan (PCP), ensuring its effective implementation
Monitor recipient progress and assess the effectiveness of strategies and interventions in the PCP
Link individuals to clinically appropriate services and alternative resources as needed based on CFT recommendations
Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals and families, including substance use treatment and coping skills development
Evaluate and intervene in ongoing crises to reduce the risk of recurrence
