Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW-A) to join our growing outpatient behavioral health practice. We are currently looking to add 1-2 candidates to our team who have availability during the week and are also able to see clients on weekday evenings and weekends. In this role, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults managing a range of mental health and behavioral concerns. You will work collaboratively with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other clinicians to deliver high-quality, client-centered care. Duties Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy Collaborate with prescribers and care team members to coordinate treatment Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in case consultation and ongoing clinical supervision Build and maintain a caseload aligned with your availability, including weeknights and weekends as needed Requirements Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program Current LCSW-A license in North Carolina Strong clinical skills and commitment to ethical, culturally responsive care Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Reliable transportation for scheduled in-person sessions
Preferred:
1+ year of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting Experience with telehealth and in-person outpatient therapy Familiarity with CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or other evidence-based modalities Bilingual capabilities are a plus Couples &/or Marriage counseling are a plus
Schedule:
Flexible, part-time or full-time 1099 independent contractor schedule Open to availability during the week Weekday evening and weekend availability strongly preferred and desired
