This position is structured as a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity with clinical supervision available, subject to Arizona Board requirements. Position Type 1099 Independent Contractor Percentage compensation (rate based on experience and qualifications) Flexible scheduling Telehealth and limited in-person services No guarantee of minimum patient volume, hours, or earnings Current Patient Demand The practice has an established internal referral base with patients currently waiting for therapy services, allowing the selected clinician to begin building a caseload promptly. Responsibilities Provide evidence-based individual psychotherapy. Develop and update treatment plans. Complete documentation within 72 hours. Coordinate care with psychiatric providers. Participate in required clinical supervision. Maintain HIPAA compliance and ethical practice. Clinical Supervision Board-compliant supervision is anticipated to be available for Arizona LACs, contingent upon confirmation of supervisor eligibility and completion of all required Arizona Board agreements and documentation. Productivity Expectations Build toward 12-15 completed sessions per week during onboarding. Progress toward 18-22 completed sessions per week as the caseload develops. Maintain timely documentation and reliable communication. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling or related field. Active Arizona LAC license in good standing. Strong communication and documentation skills. Commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
