Job Overview:

We are looking to contract with experienced behavior professionals to join our team. We serve both ODDS and APD clients. Experience in providing assessment, planning and ongoing supports to either of these populations.

Duties:

1. Create analyses and support plans for ODDS or APD clients referred to Brigacare. 2. Provide ongoing plan support through client re-evaluation and training of caregiving staff. 3. Collect data on client progress toward goals and update support plans to reflect changes 4. Document all client interactions, assessments, and interventions in the Brigacare data management system

Ability to work independently Candidate will have 30 days from employment offer to complete (if they do not currently possess) the following: 3. Workspace training to ensure client privacy and ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information from designated workspace 4. Oregon Intervention System certification for ODDS Behavior Professionals 5. Mandatory Reporting training for children and adults 6. CPR and First Aid 7. CMS Fraud, Waste and Abuse training 9. HIPAA training Important details you care about: 1. Compensation is $42/hr. We pay promptly after successful completion and submission of each ODDS job/plan. ODDS support activities and all APD activities are paid monthly. 2. Your caseload is determined by your comfort level. 3. We provide your professional liability. 4. Job is primarily remote, there are occasional onsite visits or in person plan trainings. 5. Position is classified as a 1099 independent contractor.
