Our newly designed outpatient offices in Boston are equipped with the latest technology to support telemedicine and in-person therapy practices. Key Responsibilities In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will: Conduct therapy sessions with couples, facilitating dialogue that fosters understanding and reconciliation. Provide individual therapy sessions for each partner, addressing their unique experiences and needs. Utilize evidence-based techniques to assess and treat a diverse range of issues affecting families and relationships, including: Alcohol abuse Physical and psychological abuse Grief and loss Conflict resolution among family members and siblings Job-related stress Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce Communication challenges within families Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans that align with the overall health goals of patients.
