Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities of the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist include, but are not limited to: Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and family dynamics. Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and families, while also offering individual counseling when necessary. Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of concerns including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties. Patient Population / Client Focus Our therapists work with a diverse population encompassing adults, children, and adolescents. You will engage with families navigating complex issues such as blended family dynamics, job stress, separation and divorce, and mother/daughter conflicts. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
