Position Overview We are seeking a part-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our supportive and collaborative team.

Malpractice Insurance Reimbursement CEU Reimbursement Up to $200 annually 401(k) Options Paid Sick Leave (per California requirements) Supportive Team Environment - Supportive, collaborative, connected Comfortable Workspace - Full-size breakroom with stocked refreshments Compensation Starting at $65/hour Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy Conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning Maintain timely and accurate documentation Collaborate with team members as needed Uphold ethical and legal standards of care Qualifications Active California LMFT license in good standing Experience with evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT) Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills Experience working with individuals, couples, and/or families across diverse backgrounds What Makes You a Great Fit Empathy, warmth, and strong interpersonal skills Effective communication and active listening skills Culturally responsive and self-aware Strong boundaries and professionalism
Pay:
From $65.00 per hour
