Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for: Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for discussion and healing. Utilizing evidence-based practices to address a spectrum of issues affecting family dynamic, including substance abuse, psychological conflicts, and life transitions. Developing customized treatment plans that align with each client's unique familial and personal challenges.
