Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will: Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual, couple, and family needs, utilizing evidence-based practices. Facilitate counseling sessions with couples, working on conflict resolution and enhancing communication skills. Provide individual therapy to clients, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, and adjustment to life changes. Engage families in therapy to explore dynamics and resolve conflicts related to various challenges, including blended family issues, job stress, and medical concerns.
