Job Description

BE LICENSED IN CALIFORNIA
  • We are looking for part-time and full-time licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Psychologists to join our team and want to work remotely and/or in person who are passionate about providing psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and children.
For those located in Northern CA, East Bay, office space is also available. We can support a hybrid model. You control your schedule. The ideal candidate will be available 10-32 hours per week. You can work as little or as much as you want.
Job Duties and Areas of Practice:
Performing brief counseling and longer-term counseling with individuals utilizing professional evidenced-based clinical techniques and strategies, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, EFT, John Gottman, etc.. Implementing crisis intervention as needed for high-risk issues Managing a clinical hour; prep; discussion; outcome; targets; referrals Exercise cultural sensitivity and competence in addressing the needs of diverse clients Write clear and concise clinical case notes, documents, and reports Demonstrate the ability to make independent decisions, exercise sound clinical judgment, multi-task, and set priorities Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines of the profession Engage in healthy self-care practices Weekly consultation groups (Optional) Qualifications
  • Must be licensed as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California
  • Experience with patient care, assessment, and medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Strong skills in psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and crisis intervention
