Specializing in a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, OCD, autism, and more, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to our clients. Role Description This is a full-time W-2 employee role for a Mental Health Therapist at Root & Bloom Therapy in Rochester Hills, MI. This role requires an in-office or hybrid schedule. The therapist will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, providing case management, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with other mental health professionals to support clients in their therapeutic journey. Therapists have room to schedule up to 28 billable sessions per week. Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited university in Counseling or Social Work Fully licensed in the state of Michigan as an LPC or LMSW (limited licenses and other license types not eligible for this role) Has never had a license suspended or revoked by a licensing board Treatment planning and case management skills Experience in private practice or a related field Strong understanding of mental health practices Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience working with diverse populations is a plus Willing to work some evenings or weekends Ability to communicate accurately and effectively in writing and verbally Proficient with technology Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner Benefits Semimonthly pay (1st and 15th) Monthly health insurance stipend Paid time off Continuing education stipend Quarterly bonus eligibility Marketing, billing, and credentialing handled for you in-house Fully furnished office space A steady stream of referrals Workplace culture of mutual respect, open communication, independence, and inclusion
