Qualifications Education and Licensure:

A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field, paired with an active Utah mental health license (Associate-level like ACMHC, CSW, or AMFT, or fully independent licenses like LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, or Psychologist).

Presence:

You are excited to maintain a primary in-person schedule at our Provo office to foster real-time connection and healing. Responsibilities We love keeping things transparent and collaborative. In your day-to-day role, you will: Provide wonderful, client-centered therapy primarily in person at our Provo office, using evidence-based modalities tailored to the unique needs of our community. Maintain a healthy, consistent average of 35 billable clinical hours per week over a 48-week period, keeping your caseload thriving with the help of our case management meetings and proactive communication. Keep your notes and documentation up to date, ideally finishing your treatment plans, follow-ups, and session notes on the same day with a three-calendar-day maximum, alongside your other administrative tasks. Bring your best self with strict punctuality, consistency, and active professional liability insurance coverage, letting us know about planned time off well in advance so we can lovingly coordinate care for your clients. Lean into our community by actively participating in clinical consultation, supervision, and our ongoing Beyond the Couch curriculum while upholding all ethical guidelines and practice policies.
