Employment Compensation:

$50 per completed session for associate therapists; $60 per completed session for independently licensed therapists About the Opportunity Lighthouse Trauma Therapy is a group practice in Provo, Utah, focused on trauma and its impact on relationships. We help clients navigate painful experiences, relationship challenges, and recovery after infidelity. Our approach centers on compassion, curiosity, and acceptance. We welcome both associate and independently licensed therapists. What We Offer Weekly supervision at no cost with an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. Training focused on trauma, infidelity, the nervous system, and couples therapy. Billing support, so you can direct billing questions to our administrative team. Practice-funded advertising and support with initial appointment scheduling. Guidance on scheduling, client engagement, and building your caseload. Paid staff meetings. Compensation for late cancellations and no-shows when the therapist elects to charge the client and the applicable fee is charged. Partial reimbursement for approved outside training that benefits the practice, covering up to 50% of the training cost. Schedule and Caseload We are hiring full-time and part-time therapists who can provide at least 15 client sessions per week. We support caseload development through advertising and initial scheduling. Therapists also take an active role in building and maintaining their caseloads, including following up with prospective clients and scheduling ongoing appointments. Referrals and session volume are not guaranteed. Responsibilities Conduct clinical assessments to understand clients' concerns, strengths, and goals. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients. Provide evidence-based psychotherapy within your training and scope of practice. Complete accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner. Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients, colleagues, and your supervisor. Participate in staff meetings and applicable supervision. Support continuity of care through client follow-up and ongoing scheduling. Required Qualifications A completed master's degree in marriage and family therapy, social work, clinical mental health counseling, or a related mental health field. An active Utah clinical license, such as AMFT, LMFT, CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, or CMHC. Ability to communicate effectively in English for clinical care and documentation. Commitment to ethical, compassionate, trauma-informed care. Ability to provide at least 15 client sessions per week. Who May Be a Good Fit You are interested in trauma-informed work and value understanding clients in the context of their experiences and relationships. You are receptive to feedback, dependable in your follow-through, and willing to take an active role in developing your practice. Experience or training in couples therapy, infidelity recovery, or trauma treatment is welcome, but not required. Compensation and Benefits Associate therapists receive $50 per completed session. Independently licensed therapists receive $60 per completed session. Staff meetings are paid separately. This is a W-2 employee position.
